So you guys want to know where I was born. The Final Clue

The other day I had a weird dream...

My sister, Patricia, and I were little girls and were back in the place where we had been born.

We were standing in the middle of nowhere, all alone, but there was a sign next to us telling the distance (1.2 km) to the highest mountain in the country, whose top I could see perfectly align with the top of Patricia's head, right behind her.

In the dream, Pa was wearing her school uniform. Therefore, she much have been a bit older than four, and I must have been barely three. But, somehow, she looked much taller than me; actually, nearly a foot taller (big sisters do tend to look rather imposing when you are a little kid, don't they?).

Anyway, just when I was expecting something to happen, the alarm clock went off, and I woke up. And then I realized that if I told you that in the dream we were standing 28" apart, doing a little bit of math you would be able to find out where we were. So, there you have it...

So you guys want to know where I was born II

You had a little problem there with one of the countries from the previous clue, but finally managed to get all the flags right. Let's see what you make of the next clue.

In this one, you're going to work a little bit of math. The next clue is coded and I've used a simple substitution cipher, based on a number (called the key), to write it.

To help you understand what this means, here is an example: suppose you know the key to your cipher is 4, then you would substitute the letter A by the fourth letter in the alphabet, D, the letter B by the fifth letter, E, the C by the sixth letter, F, and so on and so forth. So, instead of, for example, HELLO, you would write KHOOR.

Now, for the actual clue:

GUR PBHAGEL JURER V JNF OBEA VF N ERCHOYVP

And you will need to find the key to the cipher. In order to do that: multiple the amount of divisors the number 120 has by the tenth smallest prime number, now add the digits of the result and use that as your key.

When you've decoded the message, write a comment with the countries left out of the ones in the previous clue.

Good luck!

ETA: Now, guys, I'm expecting you to solve this on your own, you don't need anybody's help, you'll see :).

So you guys want to know where I was born I

As promised, here's the first clue. These are pictures of all the cities where I've lived for more than six months:

If you click on the slideshow you can see a bigger version.

So, your first task is to find out the names of the cities. I suggest you start with the country, it should be easy, if you look at the pictures carefully.

This is what we are gonna do, write an entry here telling me what country you think each picture belongs to and I'll tell you whether your guess is right or wrong. When someone has the six countries right, I'll give you the next clue.
